David is a futurologist, design thinker, game developer, and the Head of Education and Participation at the Futurium in Berlin. As a trainer and moderator of future science, he has assisted in numerous innovation and strategy processes. David has a passion for the development of new learning and interaction formats. In his work, he aims to make complex issues understandable, inspire people to tackle future challenges, and create new forms of public debate.

Inventing the future at the Futurium Lab Berlin
In his talk, David will give an overview of his work at the Futurium Lab in Berlin. Ranging from future education to speculative design, the Lab explores new participatory approaches to the future. The Lab combines hands on workshops with an interactive exhibition. David will also detail some of the exciting projects currently running and how foresight and future science is involved in the process.
