As Market Insights Director, John manages Intel's global, companywide early market and technology sensing function that informs executives, strategic planning teams, and Intel's corporate strategy office. John oversees a matrix team that partners with domain experts across Intel, including product development groups, Intel Labs, sales, marketing, and manufacturing to gather signals, uncover insights and evaluate key trends that impact Intel's future direction and strategy. John oversees consultant engagements that provide outside in qualitative and quantitative studies to augment internal perspectives. John speaks globally on topics of corporate foresight and how it connects to corporate strategy setting processes. Outside Intel, John serves on the board of University of Arizona's Eller Graduate Business School Industry Advisor Council and supports the business school by regularly presenting to MBA students on topics such as MBA case competition preparation, developing proposals, presenting to executive audiences, and performing both strategic and financial analysis.
