Every new knowledge technology changes our social structure and reshapes our values. Digital computing and the Internet have transformed how we do business, run organizations, plan, communicate, purchase things, and even entertain ourselves. What is not as obvious is how it is altering fundamental modes of human organization. We have reached the ignition point on new social organization modes. These emerging changes are fundamentally changing how we order society, manage knowledge, solve seeming unsolvable problems, and unlock new future possibilities.
